I finally got my checkbook balanced with the help of my husband. I had subtracted a credit instead of adding it. But it took me yesterday, this morning, and then my husband found it this afternoon. So glad, that is done!

I am glad I have had my granddaughters - they have been a lot of fun. I am holding the baby right now emoticon she is sleeping. The other two have laid blankets out on the floor to make a bed...it is fun watching them pretend play.

I didn't get any exercise in today except for running up and down stairs and playing with the granddaughters. emoticon

My notes "Help or Hinder" sure helped my today. I had made banana bread with my granddaughter last night. I LOVE banana bread and I could snack on it all day long. Whenever, I thought about taking just a bite I saw my note and didn't. I did plan to have a piece for afternoon snack and I savored it.

Day 76 of the 100 Day Challenge (Nov 3) -
My goals are:
1. Daily blog how I am doing [54/76] emoticon
2. Exercise for at least 30 min a day 6x a week and work up to 120 min a day.[65/76] emoticon
3. Drink 8-10 glasses a day.[76/76] emoticon 8
4. Daily tract food and exercise.[70/76] emoticon
5. High protein breakfast, [63/76] emoticon
6. Cut back on snacking.[52/76] emoticon

    Hey, there, gf! Running up & down the stairs is a workout!! You might should have kept track of how many steps and how many times you traipsed up and down them!! I think you could have had 'some' fitness minutes there, tho, I know, not as many as you have liked! Anyway, you did make them whether or no you counted them, right? Don't be sad b/c you DID move!!! Playing with DGC can actually be pretty good!! Keep up the great work, my friend!! You're doing emoticon

    Sometimes it's really helpful to have fresh eyes looks at a problem - glad you were able to get the problem solved! Tomorrow is a new week - hopefully it's a great week filled with healthy choices :)

    You meet most of your goals continuously and that is great. I agree that those steps probably should be counted as exercise. We have 16 steps upstairs and I think I must go up and down at least 20 times a day. At least those joints are used daily. lol

    Carrie, I will be glad to let you balance my check book. lol I am bad--just check on the computer now and make sure where I am.

    Grands are such fun to "play" with and you got your exercise in playing with them.

    emoticon glad you balanced your checkbook. I need to do mine. So glad your enjoying your granddaughters. I am babysitting mine as we speak. Love it. I think going up and down steps are considered exercise. emoticon emoticon have a great evening. Judy
