Good Morning..
I am feeling great today. It is amazing how much better you feel about everything when you know you are trying your best to reach your goal. I went for my run this morning made out my eating plan. I even lost a few pounds over night just from cutting out all the usual goodies i use to eat and act like it didn't count. Working out has never been i problem i love to run,yoga,step bench and aerobics. I belong to this online workout site called FitnessGlo. They have all kinds of different workouts based on your level of fitness,the amount of time you have..

This site is wonderful too. I have met so many nice helpful people and i learn so much from you all..

Ok so i am off to do a little work out in the yard now that it has warmed up..you all have a wonderful day..
