I'm making goals for this month! For those that know me... you know I suck at reaching/keeping goals.. Not to despair Team A.. I do better when other people are involved.
Recently I've had excuses for everything... and lots of them - I started to write a blog about all of the excuses I've used lately... hmm... not sure it would be of any benefit for anyone reading...
Having a hard time sparking on my days off from work.. yes this implies that I only spark while at work..... **shhhhh
Biggest obstacle right now is - Fatigue and Foot/heel issues
Hopefully a renewed effort on a team challenge will bring some good my way....
November Goals: My "week" schedule will run Sun-Sat
Fitness - Begin some cardio - exerbike/dogplay-walk 3x/week
Stretching - 5x week/ 20 min minimum
Nutrition - Get in my Magnesium and Selenium requirements 5x/week
3 Freggies a day
Personal - When the Fitbit arrives - get it up and running and tagged to Spark
Start a sleep diary to examine sleep hours/issues
