Is the best way to describe how I'm feeling. Its been days now since I have worked out because of my ear and the set backs im having, and im sooooooo restless. I want to get up and sweat and workout and get this energy out of me, but i know that for the next couple of days the smartest and healthiest thing for me to do is to heal and jump back in when im recovered.

Im still shocked to think that an ear can bring someone down so far, but I guess it makes sense. I mean your ear controls your balance and with mine being a poophead right now my balance and sense of balance is so thrown off, which for my size is kinda a big deal when working out. Im a whole lotta woman to be falling down while trying to exercise LOL.

Im praying to heal quickly so that I can get back into the groove of things and keep these changes in my life going! I will be very disappointed if I dont get the turkey trot 5k in because of my ear! On another note today was a good calorie day I was under my range which I have been trying to do because of the lack of exercise. Well hope the day found you all well and GO 49ers LOL.

    Illness is all part of the journey. You are doing the right thing and this little moment in time will be forgotten once you are healed and I hit a few of those mountains during my journey and it was hard to do the wise thing and take time to heal from sickness, but it was the best thing. Otherwise I would have been down longer. Keep up the great work and just remember, this is only a speck in emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I am sorry your ear is holding you back but I am very proud of you for letting your body to heal even though you are antsy. I love your attitude though and I am loving that you WANT to work out and are actually missing it. I wish I could say the same, I just haven't been a fan of exercise lately *DOH* haha!
