3 days food-sober!

Sore, decided to skip pilates so I wouldn't exacerbate the knee and to give myself more time to work on a take home quiz. Turned out one of my classes was cancelled so I could have gone anyway. Sheesh. Felt SO hungry today. Ate lunch really early. Didn't buy anything and waited til I got home but my dinner didn't fill me. Had a diet soda, some water. Rice pudding for dessert (150cals). 400 cal deficit for the day. Only 3 glasses of water.
Slept poor last night. Nightmares. Woke up early and cranky. Going to bed at 2200. Trying for an extra hour of sleep.
