I really wasn't feeling like exercising today, but after dinner, I figured I would go down and at least start with the stationary bike for just a little bit. Once I got to the basement, I brought my nook, and decided oh well, I might as well just do 20 mins on the elliptical and read my nook and so I did and then when I was done with that, I hopped
on the bike and did another 45 minutes and felt great. My headache is gone, I stretched muscles that needed to be stretched and I got my hour in! In other words, sometimes you just have to say- JUST DO IT. Start and see where it leads you. I am so glad I did!
