Improve Your Health and Your Appearance
I am one of those people who hates strength training. I find excuses not to do it. Maybe the thought I can get rid of my batwings will entice me. I recently had a follow up dexa scan and was told to strength train to rebuild the bone I have lost so that is a good motivator too.
