That time again

So after meeting my first weightloss goal I decided to take a break to focus on other things such as school, my children and my home. With 2 months or so left before vacation time it's time to jump back in the saddle and work on losing those next 5 or 10 pounds or so. I feel like taking a break gave me a really good experience with maintaning my weight, something I was worried about after meeting my long term goal, but I did it! I managed to not gain anything back.
It was actually really freeing to not have to go through the motions of logging everything I ate, but my experience with Spark has made me very aware of everything I put in my mouth. Even after I had stopped logging food for a while I was still able to keep a mental checklist of how much calories something I ate had. It's like long after you stop using the site what you learned from it really stays with you.
