Maybe I'll be up. MAYBE!
So, this is so on and so on.
I’m just thinking. Why did I go to the trainer this morning? And why I didn’t skip him. Oh! Because he’s doing this free for me, and I’ll be seeing him 2 days a week back to back for weight training.
The man asked me what my goals were for the next 72 days.
Do I really want to lose weight or just shape up what’s going on? He thinks I can lose more weight building muscle, and you know what. He’s so right about that. I always shape up nicely with weight training and less cardio. He’s leaving the cardio up to me. We will be working on the upper body on Wednesdays and Lower body on Thursdays and he will be killing me for a total of 65 minutes per session. Do I have that kind of time to give him? NO! But I’m willing to find it. For 25 dollars he will come to my house and work me out in my own personal gym. Hubby says. Not without him in the house. He offered to drop in with Mar’ jay on Sunday, but I don’t know him like that to invite him to my home. Mar’ jay is coming over for our meditation movement, and I’m so looking forward to this. He’s also going to do my measurements for me as well. I know these are too soon, but I want to make sure I'm seeing progress. The man has a kick ass booty lifting workout, but I told him. Let’s flatten it not lift it. I don’t need any more lift. Here’s a picture do you think I need any more lift?
Hell to the naw… I could use a good inner thigh workout, but the man is not going there with me. He wants to go there with me with this lower slide workout, and I do have the slide mat.
So much is going on. Mar’ jay is going to get my program tight with this guy, and I’m sure he’s going to help the guy help me do what I need to be doing.
My friend Amma said. Girl! When you get done with him toss him my way. He is so fine…. He’s cute. Fine! Okay, but cute like a little puppy.
