LOL You aren't driving me nuts. I will tell you that even though we all want to say the logical thing ("we are doing this only for our healthy and well-being"), we have to be honest with ourselves sometimes and realize that we WANT a physical representation of what we are doing! I would buy a scale, but don't get too obsessed by what the scale says. Also invest in a tape measure (which is even cheaper than a scale) and that's a good representation on how things are going too. You will get past this down time....it's a process girl....YOU GOT THIS! Remember that your spark family is here for you. 2559 days ago
At my clinic they dont mind if I go in and weigh myself... at least they didnt care when i was like 18 and living in a small town still. They let me go back by myself and weigh myself so nobody saw. Just an idea if you still don't want to buy a scale. :)
Keep pushing- even if you dont feel like you're making any progress you're still doing all the steps that you want to do in your new healthy lifestyle. As for food that you're getting sick of... I HEAR YA LADY! I have the same issues and thats whats been causing me to fall off the wagon the last couple of days. We're all in this together, and together we will make it.
I think is a good idea to try out different workout videos- good idea! Last night i was saying the same thing to my husband and he suggested incorporating my bike into my daily routine... so the first thing i did this morning was hop on that bike and do a mile. I am going to ease into it :)
Just stay positive and know that even if you cant see differences, maybe your husband or someone that you havent seen in awhile will notice.
I doubt any of us are getting sick of what you've been saying- you know why? Cuz we're all there or we have all been there. Keep your chin up chicky!
You got this.
