Let's Ramble Together!

Okay, I am just going to ramble a bit this morning. I went to a conference on Friday and ate some of the food that was there. It was tasty but NOT what I would have eaten if I was at home. I did take some food with me...fruits, veggies and whole grains...in a cooler in my car. I did grab an apple that I brought and ate that instead of the pastries they had for breakfast. I ate their lunch. I ate two pieces of whole grain bread that I had brought from home as my mid-morning snack. I have been getting used to eating small amounts about every 3 hours. That seems to keep me satisfied and helps my energy level some. So, the verdict was that I consumed too many calories and lots of sodium. I just had to guess on my tracker because I did not know the exact amounts of everything in the foods I ate at lunch. Bottom line, I blew it for the day. Most of the days since I have been back on SP. I have been UNDER the 1500-1850 I am supposed to have so I guess that one day did not kill me. I am losing weight but it is going MUCH slower that I would like. I am trying to be happy with the small steps and remind myself that I AM making progress. If you are reading this, I would love it if you would friend me because support is a great thing for all of us. We can cheer each other on along the way.
