Warning - I ramble a little bit (but I am getting better) and pretty much just talk about my day!

    Exercising when you feel very tired is hard. I know if I sleep less then 7 hours - i feel exhausted next day. And sometimes I wonder if I do more damage to my body than good by exercising on those days.

    All of my workouts I do early in the morning - works better for me as I have 2 year old too. I have to get up pretty early, but a least I can do it without interruption.

    There is a reason why some phrases have endured-"The best laid plans"..." I enjoy your blogs,
    they always remind me of something important. Today you gave me exactly what was needed. emoticon Protein is important, although so often understated. We are all different and some of us need to be at the higher end. Your ability to delay gratification is a good habit to practice in all areas. You have some good insight and great plans. emoticon
    Sleep is so important to our general functioning-Rest Well you need it. emoticon
