    Hey Love, I just listen to your vblog. Go a head and start adding a DISCLAIMER into your vblogs. I had to start adding them after a really negative comment on mines a while back... Thanks to a youtuber that was shared from another sparkfriend.

    Anyways.... I love your vblog, and you are talking things out, we all need to talk things out and voice them. This is more so for us...I like to think, and no, we aren't looking for any negative feed back in our space. Your page, your stuff, your post, it's YOURS... I just had to say something, because I see he is the 1st to make a comment, and he might have not seen your vblog. Many don't get a chance to view them right away, but they feel the need in posting anyways...

    You are doing great, you are under. A suggestion... A smoothie in the mid-day if you can swing it. OR! Add more snacks in that range in what you are lacking. That should help you out. I wish you the best, and thanks for all the comments on my blogs and vblogs...

    Hey Girl!

    I totally understand how you feel about being nervous about going to volleyball and everyone kind of having their own peeps to hang out with. I am a Virgo and I worry about worst outcome scenerios too- they have held me back from SO much. I'm sure a lot of people on here have the same fears, I think it tends to happen when we're in our position. Its much easier for me to encourage you to give it a shot anyways though- if you're friend cant go and you still go- think of the inpiration you would be. At least to me! :)

    You're doing great burning all those calories! Keep it up chicky! :) I'm rooting for ya!

    Can't wait to hear how volleyball went. I used to love playing volleyball when I was younger. Not sure what TCANNO meant either dont worry about it though.

    Don't worry about TCANNO. May be he is having off day.
    I always wonder how people stay within 1200 calories or eat less. I wish I could do it. Also can you tell me that on earth do you do to burn 1800 calories in 108 min? I exercise a lot and use heart rate monitor and it does not come to this amount. Like today I went for a 7 mile run - it took me 94 minutes and I burned 572 calories. When I do DVD workout - its around 220 - 250 for Jillian Michaels R in 30. Tried 10 min 28 Day Boot camp - around 60-70.

    I would love to find out what you do - see if I can make myself work harder.

    Ummm what exactly does that mean Silence is golden? If you dont want to hear what I have to say its super easy don't watch my video!!! Maybe I took that the wrong way but I'm lost as to how to take it any other way.
