Too Few Calories

The last 2 days I have not had enough calories to reach what I am supposed to have. I am trying to get them up there but I am eating all I can and I don't want to add high calorie food that is not healthy just to reach 1500 calories. It seems that my appetite is just getting a whole lot smaller. Today I just have not been hungry and have eaten anyway just because I know I need to. I also have problems with making breakfast my biggest meal since I have never been able to eat much in the mornings. I have heard that you should eat like a King at breakfast, like a Prince for lunch and like a Pauper for dinner. Seems I have it backwards! Has anyone else had a problem with this?
