I think I actually already wrote about how much I hate working out my abs. I know, I know no such thing as spot reduction. But, Seriously. I hate hate hate them. What's weird is, I love running/jogging for an hour. I love doing shoulder presses (which, mind you, I'm really not that good at). But, crunches? I'd rather not.

However, I decided it was time to get over it, and start working my "core". I started last week (when my goal was to get in the top 25 on the leaderboards), and so far so good. I sort of notice that its easier to run (less bouncing, more muscle) . I know I'll notice the differnance when the fat decides to leave that area. I'll be sure to keep all you blog readers posted.

Man, I love this website!
