Down 35 Pounds!

Well, I did the weigh-in this morning and it was not as good as I hoped BUT I am very grateful because I am down 35 pounds from my highest weight. I reached a big short-term goal today! I need to set another short-term goal. I have not had any energy for MANY months now so I have not gotten much exercise. My next goal is to start walking...at least a little a minimum of 3 days a week. I am taking baby steps but it is a beginning and step in the right direction. I am hoping that with weight loss and exercising, my energy level will go up. I really hope so because I am so tired of being so tired! emoticon All prayers and words of encouragement will be GREATLY appreciated!
