sweet! TMI just to warn you ahead of time.

Its late, I should be in bed but I have an overwhelming urge to blog real quick then hit the sheets. I didn't have time tonight to do a video but I will try to get that in tomorrow. I did super well work out wise today and ok with my eating. I knew I would be a my max calories today when I woke up wanting some spicy breakfast potatoes and because I was craving it i totally gave in and it was wonderful sooo delicious. well worth the calorie count! I didn't go over my calories but I was right at the end of what I could have. But I had a great workout so I don't feel bad about what I ate.
Now for the TMI, if you have read any of my blogs you know that I am just stuck on this scale thing, I don't have one so I feel like all the hard work isn't paying off since I don't see any difference, well I just might not harp on it so much anymore. Last night while doing the freaky with my hubby after we were all done and cuddling he said to me "babe seriously your stomach is smaller than the last time " After asking him like 20 times if he was sure I was SUPER EXCITED.... that was just what I needed. A difference even if it was a small one was all the motivation I needed to keep everything going to know that my lifestyle change is working. All the exercise is paying off, my stomach is getting smaller, yes!!!! Cant wait to keep the workout going tomorrow gonna kickass and take names!!! Punch Kick bam stomach gone!!! One day at a time I WILL MAKE THIS LAST!!!!
