Going to keep a monthly running total (have last weeks included though to show I did it!!) -

Two weeks in a row!! Going to add drinking water (64oz minimum) to the goals. I drink tons of water at work, but at home I'll go all day without drinking much of anything.

Water (64oz) - 7 / 7

Sunday workout - Ran 3.1 miles
Monday workout - Ran 2 miles, DVD workout (30 mins)
Tuesday - 80 Jumping Jacks, 50 Vertical Leg Crunches, 20 Sit-Ups, 15 Tricept Dips, 20 Squats, 10 Side Lunges (each leg), 15 Leg Lifts (each leg), 50 Bicycles, 15 Push-Ups, 40 Russian Twists, DVD workout (40 mins)
Wednesday - Ran 30 mins, 45 Jumping Jacks, 20 Squats, 50 Russian Twists, 30 Second Plank, 10 Standing Calf Raises, 5 Wall Push-Ups, 30 Second Superman, 10 Lunges (each leg), 40 Crunches
Thursday - DVD workout (23 mins), 100 Jumping Jacks, 25 Vertical Leg Crunches, 30 Crunches, 25 Squats, 20 Wall Push-Ups, 50 Russian Twists, 15 Second Plank (each side), 10 Lunges (each leg), 40 Knee Highs
Friday - REST
Saturday - Ran 2 miles
