Soooo, I have been back to dieting and exercising for a couple of days now.
I am so excited to be back at this and taking control of my weight again. It has been a long time in the works.
And, so far so good!
I have already lost 4 pounds!!
I know I still have a loooong way to go, but this helps so much to see progress so soon!
