DAY 74 -SPARK GOALS FOR OCTOBER -

Well I am going to shake things up a bit this month because we are going on a small vacation - 4 days to the Oregon Coast.
So these are my goals for October.
1. Track 2000 minutes of exercise
2. Move up to 8 pound weights (barbells)
3. Lose 2 pounds (giving myself some room here since I will be on short vacation)
4. Re do most of the C25K training with an emphasis on time and strength
5. Run my 5K Halloween Trick or Treat Virtual which I will do at the school track
6. Continue tracking on Spark, but if we have no internet connection at hotel, I will
not get upset about breaking my streak. (I don't have a smart phone)
