Checking in on Sept Goals

1. Lose 8 pounds - Lost 5 pounds

2. Track 2000 fitness minutes - Tracked 3203 minutes

3. Do 4 more weeks of C25K training - Completing through week 8 -
Completed through Week 9 (which means I finished the program)

4. Move up to 5 pound weights in strength training -
Have lifted 5 pounds for 3 weeks

5. Get 7-8 hours sleep per night - I think all but 1 day I got my sleeping in
and have stopped snoring.

6. Continue blogging and encouraging others on Spark - Sparked everyday!
