Fall 5% Challenge

This is my 4th challenge. I plan on doing better this time.

My reasons for losing weight are:
1. To lower my BP
2. To be able to play with my Grand daughter.
3. To wear colors other than black or dark colors
4. To have more energy
5. To do charity 5K walks.
6. To lessen the pain in my knees.

My commitment: I commit myself to:
1. walking at least 10 min 5 days a week and increasing it to 30 min
2. strength training 2 to 3 days a week.
3. drinking 8 glasses of water each day.
4. tracking my food and exercise each day
5. posting my exercise minutes and LTGL points each day.
6. to encourage my fellow Teddy Bear teammates
7, to stay away from my trigger foods: chips and chocolate
