I had a blast this morning with Step class this morning. We were rocking it!!
Then, James, one of the Big Changes folks, did a 2.6 mile walk/jog!! That was over the top awesome!!!! This route we take has 2 huge hills. The goal is to do the route in 40 minutes. The last time he walked it with me, it was 50 minutes. We did it in 41 minutes today!! I'm sooooo very proud of him. Pushing down those walls!!! Woohoo!!!! I like it
Very productive day on top of all that. Yeah!!!
