I feel like I haven't caught up from last weekend because the week has been packed full! Trying to get my eating back on course. Once I get off track, it's really hard for me to get refocused. I'm not sure if I'm eating because I'm tired or what. Not bored that's for sure!!

1. Big Changes group ALL dropped wt this week!!! Woohoo!!
2. I now have a dietcian from KU starting with the group!
3. New treadmill (Epic) is totally awesome
4. Me....going to bed to get rest!
