What a Difference a Day Makes Day 63

Yesterday I was so tired, no energy, fell into bed early and slept like a log. This morning it was difficult to get out of bed, but once up and going I had a full day.
After work I had a quick, small dinner and then we took the dogs out for a walk. I had planned to do my 25 minute run, the last of Week 7, C25K. Everything started out well, 5 minute warm up walk, and then 12 minutes into my run a lady came into our area with her pit bull and that was the end of quiet work out time. We got the dogs under control and headed home.
Once I got home I decided that I didn't want to waste my energy, so I started my whole workout all over. Another 5 minute warm up walk - 25 minute run - and 5 minute cool down - Oh my goodness I feel fantastic.
