Day 62 - Very Tired after My Jog Last Night

Yesterday I completed Day 2 of Week 7 C25K. The training is 5 minute walking with 25 minute jog and finished with another 5 minute cool down walk. The total distance is 3 K with the walking included. I did my training on the practice football field at the high school. This is where I like to run because it is easier on my joints.
Oh my goodness, I was so tired after the run. It is my 3rd time of running 25 minutes, but I definitely pushed up my speed yesterday. I think I will take 2 days now before I fun again just to give my body more time to recover.
Well, day 62 of staying on track here on Spark. I am really feeling the changes in my body. It is getting so much easier to move again - and I want to remember this so that I never allow myself to slide backwards again. I bought myself some new yoga pants and tee shirt as a reward for losing 15 pounds. I didn't try them on because I bought them at Costco. Well, thank goodness I tried them on because they are already fitting perfectly.
Plans for today:
2. take doggies for walk
3. strength training
