Goals ~ Week 09/16 - 09/22

Stay / track calories - 7 / 6
Run - 3 / 4
Video workout - 3 / 3
Sleep 8 hours - 5 / 7

Almost got them all!! Going to keep goals week to week and not add a new goal until I can meet these goals two weeks in a row.

09/16 - 09/22:
Stay / track calories - 6 / 6
Run - 4 / 4
Video workout - 3 / 3
Sleep 8 hours - 7 / 7

Next week I will try to meet them all again, and if I do, add another goal to work on. Small steps, small steps.
