12 Week Plan for Success

The next twelve weeks are going to be all about getting back to the basics for me. I've gotten so off track this summer and I need to really work on getting back to where I know I can be!
So that means:
Walk with Lacey in the mornings at least four days a week.
Ride Kore at least three days a week.
Use weights at least two days a week.
Plan my meals out for the week
Only eat out one meal per week
Eat at least two fruits per day
Eat at least one veggie per day
Limit myself to one small candy per day
Limit myself to soda one time per week
Exercise with BF at least two days per week (walking, bicycling, etc...)
Walk around my classroom more while teaching. My room is small but I could still get more steps in per day if I walked around it.
Visit Colleen and Lacey once each day. They are both on different floors so that will require me to take the stairs :)
My main reward will be just to feel healthier! I hate feeling like I can't even walk up the stairs to my apartment.
More tangible rewards will include rewards for weight loss. I will give myself some small reward every five pounds. Those will include things like books and CDs.
I will also make a workout plan for the week and each week I stick to it I will buy myself something small like a new nail polish or new holiday decoration.
