O-M-GOODNESS!!!!!!!! I absolutely cannot believe I am posting this picture! The things I will do to earn points for my team... This is one of the worst pictures I've ever taken. No makeup, workout hair, bad lighting, bad angle - YUCK! And what the heck has happened to my legs?!?!?! Seriously, they used to be the only body part I didn't mind too much, the belly has always been an issue, but the legs were pretty solid. I know I'm getting older, but geez!!!!
Oh yeah, this was supposed to be about a PLAN for improvement in the next 12 weeks. Planning is another thing I hate, so this has been tough all the way around!
For the next 12 weeks of BLC - 20 I will:
Get up by 5am M-F to workout using Jamie Eason's LiveFit program, Curves and elliptical.
I'll also workout on Saturday, but not as early!
I choose to do this because I've learned from experience that If I don't do it before the day starts, it's way too easy to let the demands of the day wear me down or change my plans. I will also walk in the evening as weather permits. My dog is most appreciative of this!!
I will schedule an appointment for a physical. I need to know if there is a medical reason for what I see as sever loss of muscle tone, and how hard it's been to get back off the 25ish pounds I've regained over the past 2 years. I'm a little afraid to find out that there is NO reason, other than slacking!
I will PLAN (that ugly word again!) a weeks worth of healthy meals and snacks and go to the grocery myself to make sure I get what I need. My husband tries, but he gets a little confused!
I will track and stay within my food ranges at least 6 out of 7 days a week, and not go crazy on the one day I may go over!!! I feel like it's ok not to be perfect, but that does not mean it's ok to eat 2 days worth of food in one day!
If possible, I will check in with my great team mates at those times when I JUST WANT TO EAT! I will be a strong and reliable team member for my mighty AMBER AMAZON WARRIORS!!!!!
