My Progress After 3 Months

Ok, so it's been 3 months since I started phasing out the bad stuff in my diet. The first 10 lbs melted off, but then I got stuck and I realized that my body is not going to let go of the extra weight without exercise.
I need exercise anyway to help manage the Arthritis and Fibromyalgia, so I'm up to 20 mins. on the Elliptical now and 200 lbs on the back extension machine (really helps with the back pain), and 20 knee raises on the Captain's Chair, which makes a great chiropractor.
I'm down to 240 now, so I've lost about 17 lbs so far.
