My Progress After 3 Months

Tuesday, September 11, 2012

Ok, so it's been 3 months since I started phasing out the bad stuff in my diet. The first 10 lbs melted off, but then I got stuck and I realized that my body is not going to let go of the extra weight without exercise.

I need exercise anyway to help manage the Arthritis and Fibromyalgia, so I'm up to 20 mins. on the Elliptical now and 200 lbs on the back extension machine (really helps with the back pain), and 20 knee raises on the Captain's Chair, which makes a great chiropractor. emoticon

I'm down to 240 now, so I've lost about 17 lbs so far. emoticon

emoticon Congratulation on your weight loss. You have done a good job in just three months, Sometime it seen hard to coordinate both together but that the key. Working out at your own pace is a good thing, and as long as you are being you and no one else it will work for you. emoticon emoticon

Wow, that's progress! I know what you mean about exercise making the difference. Especially if you were basically a healthy eater to begin with. Good for you!
