So today I am suppose to blog about what gets in my way of working out. The only thing that has really stood in my way has been the 3 days a week where I work either 12 or 14 hours. All of the other days I work out, even on vacation. I will get up early just to work out if I know that I am doing something. I refuse to get up early on my work days because I already get up at 430a and I get home at 10p. It isn't fun at all.
I know that I should do 10 minutes of exercise each day but it doesn't seem to be happening.
