So today I am suppose to blog about what gets in my way of working out. The only thing that has really stood in my way has been the 3 days a week where I work either 12 or 14 hours. All of the other days I work out, even on vacation. I will get up early just to work out if I know that I am doing something. I refuse to get up early on my work days because I already get up at 430a and I get home at 10p. It isn't fun at all.
I know that I should do 10 minutes of exercise each day but it doesn't seem to be happening.

    Wow! Tough schedule in the way of work. What kind of work do you do? If it's you are on your feet all day - walk a lot and use the stairs whenever possible. On your break, try taking a mini-walk, or pick up two things of equal weight and do some arm exercises. Sometimes, you can find ways to get exercise on the job! Good luck!

    Just make the days you do exercise count! Thats all you can do, your trying and you will get there! You can do it! emoticon
