managed to make my goals today and walked 8653 steps which equal 3.55 miles. Still spending ALOT of time working out food totals. Went to Wegmans on a shopping trip just for my meal plans and bought high protein foods (which I can still improve upon the totals) as well as a small head of brocolli for my folate (which I was still short on tonight). I ate the whole head but felt really "healthy"....not missing junk food yet as I am very full everyday.
