OMG....My quads are on FIRE!!!

13+ mile run yesterday had plenty of hills and my quads are letting me know this! My left one especially. WHEW!! Had to back that up to instructing step class this morning and walking with the Big Changes group...builds character emoticon

I'm headed to the gym this evening. I need to do my chest press (100reps) and pull ups/chin ups (50 of each) yet. I'm spot on in the nutrition department. Very pleased with that. Good cardio earlier today. Overall an awesome day!!! I like it!

Oh! And my 85 year old client walked his mile in under 18 minutes!! Very pleased with this one! He's a rockstar!

Game Plan:
Cardio Kickboxing
Big Changes...flipping dump truck tires in the morning!!
Buying new treadmill for the gym!! Woohoo!!!
Easy 3+ mile run
Big Changes class....probably cardio

dance with Bill for 1/2 hour
Big Changes class...depends on who shows up!
H.I.I.T....always love this finale!
