I couldn't find a picture. I had two ham sandwiches with lettuce instead of bread.

Both days I had 10 cups of water.

    Love the pictures. That diet looks like the Trim down Club, you in that too?I I signed up for it and regret it. Meals are you pick the things you like and they make meal plans out of them that are impossible. Yours looks good compared to them. I know the things are good for you and really help you lose weight but finding them is a planned two week vacation with only two weeks worth of meals to show for it. The receipes they suggest are enough for a month of meals. Not wanting to each the same thing every day I have to make 6 months of meals to get variety. Spark people diet plans are great and really work. I love them!

    The Think Thin bars have 20 grams of protein each. Usually I have a lot of veggies with dinner but I guess this was a fruity two days.

    Is this a special diet? I'm glad you are making healthy choices, I would consider maybe some veggies and a protein or two! I am just concern about your health.
