Three steps forward and two steps back!

I am not good at bloging but I will try.
This is my second try, I was almost finished
with my first one and my computer cut off and I
Changing my eating habits is a ongoing challenge.
Old habits are hard to break, but I have not given up!
I have always exercised and love to exercise but with
health issues I seem to go three steps forward and two
steps back. I refuse to give up though because the
alternative is not a option. If I give up I would not be able
to move at all.
I also working on a collage. I am using a journal and using it to write down
everything I am grateful for and adding positive articles and stickers .
Good luck to everyone on their journey and know that I am right
