Keep on running!

So today I am signing up for my first 5k!! It is going to be at the end of October. I am so nervous to even sign up because I haven't even tried running more than 8 minutes. I have been told that I will be fine but I think people lie
Of course that is what I thought about running in the first place. Now I am addicted to it. I think I'm addicted to working out all together. I love it. The weights, the burn, the sweat, and the RESULTS!!
On the food side of my journey, my band seems to be working! I am eating a lot less. I bought the Spark Cookbook and so far I love it. I made 5 different recipes this past week and they are wonderful. I was also able to freeze alot of them. My biggest challenge is munching for no reason. I am physically full but my mind wants food....any type of snack food. I'm started to learn that when this happens I need to be far aways from food and try to do something else.
