My first crockpot meal! and this weekend will have lots of exercise

I took a Spark recipe & altered it a little bit. I added some zucchini & yellow squash. I also added red pepper flake & a jalapeño! I used red kidney beans with low sodium instead of the ones listed. I prepped everything the night before. The meal cooked for 7 hours & I shredded the chicken when it was done & served it over some brown rice.
24 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 (16 oz) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 (14.5 oz ) can petite diced tomatoes with basil and oregano or any style of canned tomatoes
1 dash salt
1 dash black pepper
2 t dried basil
1 t dried thyme
I want to make sure I don't slack off this weekend. I will be fine with the food, I just want to get in more exercise! I am going kayaking on Saturday - That will definitely be tough on my arms. and I hope I don't fall in! I want to get some more walking/running in. I went for a 30 min walk yesterday. No jogging yet. I did see a huge froggie at this little pond though!
