Zumba! and should I get a hair cut???

Some points about my Zumba class last night:
-It seemed to be a bit harder - she did a few different songs, but it was a better workout because of it!
-I have terrible rhythm! I like to stand in the back because I am all over the place haha. I don't mind people watching me, because no one does - they are all focused on their own moves. But I just take up a lot of room, so I like the extra space!
-Anyone can do zumba - some of the ladies could barely move their legs up, but I was so happy they were there. One woman basically just moved her arms, but I know she was determined!
-I LOVED it again! I can't wait to go back!
-I am not as sore this morning as I was after the first class. I am ready for next time!

So I have been growing my hair out for a while now. I got it trimmed twice in the past year, but only to get some of the dead ends off. I still want my hair long, but it is getting really dry. I kind of want to get a few inches off so it lays better. I let my hair dry naturally, but it still feels dry at the ends. I keep thinking about getting it cut, but then I like how long it is when I see it down in the mirror! I have long layers in it so it is more full - I just don't want the hair dresser to mess it up. I went two months ago for a trim, but I still had dry ends after so it was almost like a waste of $20.

If I have time, I want to go for a walk/run tonight. I think it is funny I have been wanting to work out for a year now & I finally have the motivation to do it. I hope it sticks around for a while!!

    Your hair looks like it needs some volume...layers?

    Have you tried the macademia oil products? I love the leave-in oil and their other products are great too.

    Yoga, Zumba, 5K, on and on. Keep trying new things, you won't get bored.
    You don't have to be good at it - just keep an open mind.
    Anything you do is more than more than half of the population is willing to try!

    Your Zumba class sounds exciting. Isn't it fun to find something you like? If the dry ends are bothering you, go have a consult at a salon. Look at pics of shorter but not short cuts to see if anything appeals to you and ask about conditioning to prevent another round of dry ends.

    Have you tried those deep conditioning treatments? You do them once every week or two; they can really help nix dry ends. You can also get a hair mask (masque) as well, but I've never used them.
