Goals..I need a few!

In Spark Live class this past week one of the challenges was to review your goals or set some if you haven't any.
I need to do this so here goes...
1. Stay within my calorie range..by TRACKING!!!! I haven't been tracking consistently so here is what I am going to do. I am going to pay myself. I am going to put in a jar 1 dollar every day I track my food. Incentive..you betcha. I can use this money at the end of the year for anything I want.
2. Strength train. I was always so good about ST twice a week and that has fallen off. NO MORE! I never miss my runs so there is no reason I can't be consistent with my ST.
3. Cut back to one treat a day. Sugar wise I am eating too much of it. Even if I am in my calorie range I want to limit this. Choose better...yup!
I will add to this as I think of things. I need to lose 10 pounds and this will definitely help!
