75 pounds lost & I am pushing to get rid of 20 more!!

My mini-goal for this month is to be at 175 pounds by Sept 1st. I have been saying NO even more to the "bad" foods. I also have been trying to walk/move more. I had Zumba & Yoga once. I weighed myself yesterday and I got to 175!! 175 pounds on the scale and 75 pounds lost so far. I would like to lose 20 more to get to the high-end of the BMI scale for my height. I haven't weighed 155 lbs since 2005. I am so proud of myself. I have a lot to go, but I am not letting that hold me back! I want to keep moving forward! I know I will hit at least 95 pounds lost!!!

I took a screen-shot of my Spark ticker because it still amazes me. I say the numbers I have lost over & over to myself. I also see my clothes size changing. But just seeing how far I have come on the ticker really helps me out! I use this site so much to help me - so seeing it on here really pushes me to work harder! My health is very important to me, but my goals are also important!

I have my second Zumba class tonight. I am actually really excited about it! No more nervousness! I don't know if my Mom is coming to this one or not. She did tell me she would rather go on Thursday nights, so I am thinking about going on Thursdays with her. I don't have yoga again until 9/10 and 9/17 because of the holiday coming up. I still need to start my 5K training.
