#15 Reflection Blog/Consistency Pledge

This challenge was really good for me. I've started cooking more and became more consistant with my my workouts. One thing I've learned from this challenge is planning is an important tool that will help me. I do much better when I plan my stuff out. I also started doing a lot of different workouts and I am looking forward to continuing my journey!

"I hereby pledge that I will not give up... no matter what! My body and my mind deserve the benefits that proper nutrition and exercise bring (at ANY weight), and I really can make a difference in my health. I pledge to be consistent in my habits in order to create/maintain a healthy lifestyle. It is attainable, no matter how long it takes. I understand that my attitude is half the battle, so I will remain positive and ask for help when I need it. I will not let my mind make excuses without challenging their validity. Finally, I will make my health a high priority in my life, and no matter how busy I am, I will make time for my healthy habits--because I am worth it."
