Back on track!

So today I went to the dr for my monthly check in. I have the lap band so I get an official weigh in every month. This month I gain half a pound since last month. I am frustrated with that because I know that I am working out. So I think it is my eating. I asked my Dr. to put more fluid in my band---can I just say it is weird to sit there with a needle sticking out of your belly and not feel anything! I am now on liquids today and tomorrow but I'm hoping this will help me. While I'm on my two days of liquids I'm going to try to figure out some new recipes that are also healthy. I bought the Spark Cookbook and I can't wait to try it out. Does anyone have any favorite recipes or recommendations from the cookbook? Hope that everyone has a great weekend!!
