Well, the wedding is over. It was beautiful and everything went well. I will post pictures when I get them from the photographer.
The last couple of months all I did was concentrate on the wedding, therefore my exercise and tracking went out the window. I tried to be careful with what I ate, but somehow the weight just crept back on. I haven't been to the gym in a month. It was crazy - some days when I didn't eat that much (had breakfast, skipped lunch because I was busy and had a light supper), the next day I was up a couple of pounds. I tried to exercise at least 10 min each day, but it didn't help. I am facing the fact that I gained 18 pounds from my lowest weight this year -- OUCH!!
I went to the gym tonight and rode the stationary bike for 30 min. I was tired after 10 but pushed through.
I have reset some goals and started the 100 Day Challenge again which will run Aug 20-Nov 27. I want to lose what I gained plus a 2 for a total of 20 pounds. I know I can do it - I just have to stay focused and accountable.
My goals are:
1. Daily blog how I am doing
2. Exercise for at least 30 min a day 6x a week and work up to 120 min a day.
3. Drink 8-10 glasses a day.
4. Daily tract food and exercise.
5. High protein breakfast, shake for lunch
6. Cut back on snacking.
