For the eating thing. I'm better during the week (because of work). But I make enough for dinner to feed an army usually, so I always take leftovers to work for lunch. Along with some fruit. Or on Thursday I had some Veggie Chips ( you can eat 38 and only 130 calories!)
Breakfast I try to stick with a smoothie because I sip on it over the course of 2 hours. (I add pasteurized egg whites for protein so they fill me up a bit more). Snack between 10-11 (a protein bar or some fruit or a string cheese), then lunch at noon, then snack between 3-4 usually a string cheese, and then whatever I cook for dinner. Because dinner I eat with my fiance, and while he is cool with trying new and healthy recipes, he's not trying to lose weight like I am, so I don't always cook "Healthy" but I do try to cook instead of going out.
We were eating out 4-5 times a week, because he LOVES to go out to eat, but I told him we need to limit that to 1-2 times (preferably 1). But I try to keep my calories lower during the day, so I have a little room to splurge at dinner. :o)
