My mini goal: lose 2.5 lbs by Sept 1st!

Happy Wednesday!

I haven't had a real mini goal in a while. I keep talking about how I want one! I think I finally have one. I am starting Zumba on Monday & yoga on Wednesday! I would like to get down to 175 by Sept 1st - I need 2.5 more pounds to get there! I know I can do it. I have to say "no" to some bad foods - but I can do it. I know it is worth it!

I finally got down to 177.6 on the scale. I was going between 178 and 182 for the past few weeks. I am glad I am actually getting more progress even though it is slow. I know I need to exercise more & make some stricter decisions when it comes to the food I eat/don't eat!

My cousin is getting married in October. I had a dress already from a wedding I went to in May - but it is almost the same color as the bridesmaids gowns. So.. I wanted to get another dress to wear. I ordered some online. The picture isn't that great, but I think I may have found one. It is brown and I think it goes a little past my knees. I got an XL and it fits. I got one in L and one in XL. The L is a little too tight. It was nice to be able to get INTO The large though! Even though it was too tight for my liking, I still felt pretty proud of myself. A year ago I wore a size 22 or 24 or 2x or 3x dresses! I want to lose more weight before October - but I can always get it altered. My neighbor is a seamstress & she will be able to help me out if I need it!
