Update...

The Biggest Loser contest at the gym is over for me. My stats...down 3lbs, lost 1% of body fat, and 2 inches. WOW! *not* After the contest was over, I "hung up" my FitBit for a while. I am getting stupid obsessive about this whole weight loss thing. I am taking so many things to help that I must pop 90 vitamins a day!!! I am not closely even joking! I went to seen an endocrinologist... he said to keep doing what I am doing and he will see me in November...REALLY?!?!?!?!? That is it??? He said that it can sometimes take a while for the body to catch up...really? You think that is the problem? My body is so darn slow that it is going to take it more than 5 MONTHS to "catch up"? I can only pray that I don't go from overweight to anorexic overnight!!! I mean, if I should have already lost the 40 lbs in the first 3 months (according to my FitBit and calories in totals)...I could need to be eating a sandwich or something to get a little meat on my bones! *sigh* Yes, I am being sarcastic, but it just doesn't add up!
Well, it is bedtime. I have so much stress going on in my life...I am SURE that is the real reason that I am not losing the weight...but, there is nothing that I can do about it (except win the lottery)!! I will try to update sooner than a month. BTW, turning 42 on Friday...only one more year left to LOST THIS STINKING WEIGHT!!!!!
