Hi Jen, You really want to do this and I know you can! There is so much help out there. We are here for you. I still struggle with eating and fitness. We need to take it one day at a time and use baby steps until we are ready to go forward. I just started using a daily planner to try to stay organized. Don't think ahead, think of now. When the future part of your life is here then you will be able to make decisions. If you need to talk I am here and so is everyone else!
