    Any movement counts sweetie, you don't have to get to a gym. There are desk exercises here on SP that you could be doing at work. They last about 10 mins.
    Take the staircase down to lunch and back up from lunch that is really great exercise ! Use the stairs when ever you can it all counts as moving the body around.

    Sorry that you are working so hard, but just think those 4 days off will be filled with so much fun and excitement. If we don't hear from you it is because you are working all those muscles ! TeeHee You have a grand time with your BF

    ok..so i hope your able to snap out of the funk your in and get movin. i've been in a funk too but i pay for it on the scale. i don't like that so enough is enough. we can do it!WE WILL have a better week!
