Happy Tuesday - I made it through Chocolate World!

Tuesday, August 07, 2012

I had a pretty good weekend with my family.
We went to my cousin's fiance's bridal shower & then stayed over night at a hotel. I went swimming in my old bathing suit that fit - woohoo! My Aunt asked me if I had to buy it new because of how much weight I lost. I was lucky I still had it or otherwise I would of had to get a new one!

We went to Hershey's Chocolate World - I did good there. The smell of chocolate throughout the whole place was enough for me haha. I tracked my food for the whole weekend & did not go over! I was exactly 178 this morning, which is great considering I have been fluctuating between 178.5 and 181 the past few weeks.

I want to start adding mini workouts to my daily life. I joined a Sparkteam which has mini goals - I saw one butt buster routine for this week and it is only 6 minutes. Not too bad - and hopefully I will add more and more to my workouts. My Mom mentioned about joining a Zumba class next month. I may join depending on when it is offered

Hopefully everyone is having a nice week! I still can't believe it is August.

Haha it was a pretty fun time. We did a 3D kids show and also took the ride which showed the process of how Hersheys chocolate is made. They had a lot of other features we didn't do - chocolate taste testing, trolley ride, and a dessert decorating thing. I was there about 6 years ago, and it was a lot different!
