Time for a Reset!

Sunday, August 05, 2012

So, I took the time to update my weight.. UGH! But.. LOL.. I had gone down from the few times I weighed in before that.. so YAY! It just isn't reflected on my SP. But I'm okay with that.

I weeded through all of my old goals, got rid of some, added others, spruced up my tracker, that sort of thing. I did not reset any of the progress things yet, haven't gotten to that page, but perhaps I will do that.. give myself a whole.. full.. complete clean slate to start over. Yes, I believe I will do that. As goals & priorities change, I need to be able to recognize that and go with it..

Today I am focused on relaxation and de-stressing. I got a phone call and got interrupted for over an hour! Lost a lot of time today.. Oh well.. Here's to tomorrow!

Starting over can be so refreshing! Nothing getting you down. It's time to focus on the present and the future! I think sometimes we all need a new start. I myself have not been on this site enough. Of course when I am active on here and participating in things my weight goes down. Let me know when you get your new goals sorted out!

Things seem so much better when you get relaxed. take a step back and re evaluate your goals I need to do this also. I thought lol go figure I take a break from my goals and well well well a weight gain. It does not surprise me I was just being a stubborn women once again lol. I was doing well with redoing my goals monthly as my needs changed and this reminds me to do just that. Love you lots my lady in red!
